Yoga can increase cyclists flexibility, reduce stiffness, improve muscle recovery, strengthen and tone muscles not used in cycling and reduce stress.
Equipment needed: yoga mat, or towel.
We ride as a group for one to one and 1/2 hours on the road (10%) and on safe, paved trails (90%). We ride approx. 12-18 miles each session.
Equipment needed: Road bike, helmet and energy.
