WHEN:

Rides/Yoga Session are scheduled monthly on most Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.  Find available dates and sign up by joining  the Cycling+Yoga meetup group found in Capistrano Beach, CA. 

       

WHERE:

The Club meets and practices yoga in Pine Park on the bluffs overlooking the Ocean in  Capistrano Beach and rides along PCH to Doheny Beach and up to San Juan Capistrano. 95% of our cycling in on paved trails for safety.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Each group gathering includes a balance of yoga warm up prior to the ride, followed by  hour of cycling and then yoga in Pines Park.  Each class is specific to level of expertise, fitness and time available to club member.               

Mary Wilson has been road cycling for five years and typically logs 75+ mile per week. She is currently training for the Boston to Cape Cod ride in June for MS, that requires riding 75 miles a day, two days in a row. To donate directly to the cause go to:




She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed her 200 hour yoga certification with Brynn Rybacek of TrueFlow Yoga in 2014.

Mary also produces wellness retreats for women and is focused on improving health through internal balancing with a focus on breathing exercises, meditation, Reiki and Chakra balancing work.
