One Hour of Cycling+ One Hour of Yoga: Tues. and Thurs. evenings (weather permitting view schedule on meetup)
This a beginner/intermediate ride for road cyclists that currently ride 10-15 miles in a single session, at 12-13 miles per hour. Class begins with a 1 hour of cycling, followed by 50 mins. of level 1 beginners vinyasa flow yoga back in Pines Park.
When: Sessions held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:30, UNLESS otherwise noted on MEET-UP.
Yoga Introduction in Pines Park: Tues. and Thurs. evenings 4:00-5:00 (weather permitting view schedule on meetup)
Designed to introduce beginners to yoga, with step-by-step mechanics of each asana, you will learn how to do it right the first time. Students will also experience breath work and relaxation with the ocean breezes and waves crashing the shore below.
When: Class held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM, UNLESS otherwise noted on MEET-UP.
Saturday Outing- 2-5 hours(1.5 hours cycling, 1 hour yoga) 10:00 AM (weather permitting view schedule on meetup)
This class includes 5 mins. of yoga warm up, in Pines Park, followed by 1.5 hours of cycling and 45 mins. of yoga following the ride. Total time 2.5 hours. Yoga for beginners/level 1 combining Vinyasa flow and restorative poses. This is an intermediate riding session for experienced cyclists that currently ride 15-20 miles or more in a single session at 17-20 miles per hour.
